Well, I think you've got a better chance with Neal's coverage if he lines up as a DE and then backpedals into coverage occasionally - like Raji's SB pick.

I'm guessing that barring injuries he'll play very little OLB; this training is there so he can learn to drop into coverage from the DE spot. I think.
