Desmond Bishop sustained a gash under his chin when he collided with linebackers coach Mike Singletary during a non-pads practice today. He missed the remainder of practice, but is expected to start at weakside linebacker in Sunday night's game with San Francisco.

I do not wish Desmond Bishop well, nothing to do with him, but because of petty anger at the Vikings for getting a starter for so little money and risk. I guess I'm OK with him being on the Vikes, just as long as he isn't too good. You have to wonder if the Packers couldn't have worked something out similar to the Viking deal.
Bishop struggled early in their camp with injuries, but I read somewhere he has looked like his prime self of late.

Damn man. got me.
I hear you about Bishop with the vikes. I want to say "I wish him all the best" because I really like him as a player. Sadly he was just too big a risk to pay all that money to. At least he'll be around a lot of familiar faces this year.- Once again, adding absolutely nothing to the conversation.

Got me however if he doesnt lock up a starting position word out of Winter Park is he is gone.Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.
