Pulled over for speeding, but turns out his license is suspended...and his dad, who has a valid license was in the car!!!

Von Stupid. Not getting in serious trouble, but really showing that despite those hipster glasses, he's not a thinker!

The word from our local sports desk after talking to officials at the courthouse where Miller was supposed to appear is that there is not actually supposed to be a warrant. Miller did fail to appear at a hearing in Orange County, but all that meant (or was supposed to mean) was that he forfeited his bail.

So this story is likely trumped up a bit because of Miller's recent slew of issues.

Although there are rumors that his suspension could be added on to due to this. I don't think that will happen, but he's pushing it.

He's an idiot - it was a $240 ticket. Why the hell would he not just pay it? Maybe he played too much Need for Speed, if he's got such a hard on for driving fast, get yourself a track car and rent some track time! Not like money's the problem.
