I can't speak too much on the Redskins, but I do have a view of this Packer squad. . .
I think the Packers are a dynamite young squad whos biggest strengths lie at Quarterback, ROLB, and DL.
Aaron Rodgers isnt just at the top of his game, he's at the top of the entire NFL. He's playing with a fervent pace, unparalleled fundamentals for the position and elite composure. His arm is strong, his legs able and his passing weapons are foridable. Week 1, against one of the NFLs most experienced, talented starting defenses, Rodgers set a tone that made them look like just another ho-hum squad. This is the week the rest of the NFL takes notice, this is the season Rodgers sets himself apart from every QB in the nfl.
Clay Matthews had probably the single most dominant performance of his career. His game is complete. His physical dominance and meniacal rage sets him apart from the rest of the league. He's one of the top 2 hardest to block players in the NFL and the single greatest threat to the health of the opposing quarterback.
This will be the game Eddie Lacy establishes himself as the piece we've been missing.
I look for the packers to beat up on, then choke all remaining life out of the Washington Redskins. The redskins are bringing bows and arrows to a fully automatic assault rifle fight. I don't think this will be an exciting game, unless your idea of excitement is looking up impressive stat comparissons and making player analogies of AR and CMIII to past greats.
This is the game this young squad puts itself on the map as a truly elite superbowl contender. Dan Schneider is going to realize he's not just getting the overt racism beat out of him by society, today he's going to have the hope and will beat out of him by a superior team. Surrender Dan, surrender.
