  • JJ Watt bleeding on the field

PFT has a piece about JJ Watt returning to the field with blood streaming down his face. They make a good point that it's kind of surprising he was allowed to do that.

He was in pretty bad shape, and I doubt other players would be too happy at the prospect of getting bled on...not because they're queasy, but who know what he could have? Up until now, a blind eye has been turned to small cuts, abrasions, etc, but that could change. Might make it hell for linemen who tend to get small cuts on their hands and forearms, the net result might be guys getting pulled out for a play or two while it gets stopped.

If it bleeds, we can kill it.

With HIV, that could be changed to "if it bleeds, it can kill you"

Offensive linemen dealing with JJ Watt have a long list of concerns that rank well ahead of catching HIV.

        KGB on the other hand...

[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.
