Yes, I am looking past the Vikings.

    Chicago has not a chance
    Cutler will pout
    Pack fans will shout
And the Bears will all wet their pants."

Looks like Josh McCown this week although Bears are hinting Cutler may not be out as long as expected. He started against the Packers late in 2011 when the Packers defeated the Bears 35-21.

Cutler the pussy coming back from a major injury early? Bwah-ha-ha-ha-ha

The Bears know it is hunting season, and the Packer run game just grabbed a rifle.
It's such a GOOD feeling...13 TIME WORLD CHAMPIONS!!

Totally understand your impatience. At your advanced age every bears game could easily be your last.

                Packers growing their own.

Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

On defense, GB could have trouble with the WR's but McCann is throwing to them and the secondary is overdue for some INTs. Forte will have some but not much success with Jolly/Pickett/Raji plugging things up.
On offense, CHI's run defense is statistically worse than MIN's, and GB's confidence running the ball has to be high. The Bears DL is really beat up and are playing backups that should be pushed around. Their front 7 isn't what it used to be. Rodgers will be facing better CB's this week and I don't expect him to be as sharp as vs. MIN, but he'll be efficient & effective, and clearly a better QB than McCann. If James Jones plays that will give him another weapon and really stress the Bears secondary.

Packers are at home and favored by a bunch. If they avoid penalties and turnovers, they should win.

They have no offense and their defense is a shell of its former self. Lacy/Starks for 200 and 3 TDs and AR for 250 and 2 TD.

McNown actually looked better than Cutlery when he went in against Washington. With a week to prepare for him GB ought to be able to expose his weaknesses while also preventing Forte from running wild. The only way they'll have problems against the Bears is if we see a rash of turnovers and McNown hooks up with Jeffries and Marshall for some big plays.
