How good is this guy? I didn't hear a peep from Jared Allen all night. This kid seems to be balling hard!

i think it helps that we no longer have TE's that can catch the ball, now we don't have to waste time sending them out on pass route, they can just stay in and help block

i know Bakh had at least one holding call early, at least i think it was him

I think it was a facemask call.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Bakhtiari is a tough kid. I doubt his future is at LT, but he should be a starter for a long time.

yup, facemask for 15 yards. Don't see those on OL too often, but I think that's his second one this year.

Personal foul penalties like that kill drives. They drive me up a wall. But coming from an O-lineman, shows me he's one tough, nasty SOB. That's what you want in an o-lineman.

He probably did it against Allen too, which is even better.

The face mask was against Allen. What impresses me the most is how little help he gets. I'm not convinced that he won't keep the job and Buluga goes back to right. All the line seems to be jelling however it could be their dominance against the queens is changing my memory of past games.

Popular thinking is that Bak and Barclay are 'placeholders' until the two 1st round draft choices come back...but, well, everyone's damn happy with this running game, and it's not all Lacy! A lot of the runs are up the middle, Sitton and Lang are playing well but I would not be so quick to get rid of those boys on the outside!

It does raise some interesting possibilities for the future. Bulaga is signed for 2014 at a very reasonable $2.6 million, but then will be a free agent. He has developed quite a list of injuries so far. He will have started only 21 of 48 games in 2011-2013, missing 4 even in 2011, 7 last year and the full season this year.
