I really disagree. The fumble was close but in this case he had the nose of the ball in his hand and the rest was on the ground between his leg.

But he HAD control of it, the ball rolled with his body and hand. Not the ground. The ground did not move it. It can touch as long as you have control. Ball moved with Nelson not the ground. That HAS to be control.
