That's why the officiating in the NFL is sub par Vs all other pro Sports leagues.

You can't call you league the very best and have the quality of officiating that the NFL seems satisfied with.

Watching NFL games seriously isn't for anyone with high blood pressure.

I don't think it's subpar, it's just that officiating in the NFL has a lot more moving parts year-over-year. It's a moving target these days, especially with all of the new player safety rules getting glued on every year.

As far as the call under discussion, I didn't see it. My understanding is that one of the officials threw the flag on it but then was pulled into a conference with other officials where it was pointed out that the ball was uncatchable.
