We are an iconic franchise with well known uniforms. There is no reason to change them.
Struggling, lackluster franchises are the ones who change their uniforms. Do you think the NY Yankees will ever change their uniform? The Boston Celtics?

The shoulder numbers are mandated by the NFL. So the only thing that's really changed are the stripes on the sleeve.
