i'm guessing he's like every other doctor in the world and get paid by the patient and based on injury, not on a flat rate type of deal correct?

so its better for him if more guys are injured and remain injured for longer periods

In terms of preventing degenerative, longterm health problems for players, I'm pretty certain I agree with this award.
