    Lions sent owner's private plane to San Diego to pick up Ken Whisenhunt today, according to @RapSheet. Whiz did not get on that plane.

        Not to mention the Browns. The Brownies have the additional fun of trying to convince their new coach that he won't get fired after a year, even if they trade away #3 picks on him during the season.

          Whew, did not like thought of Wiz in Detroit, that offense is frightening enough. Now they can hire Munchak and run Reggie Bush 25 times a game.

          Vikes could still hire Zimmer. Then its a question of finding an OC willing to wait for a QB or make Cassell the placeholder.
          Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

            They just cannot get out of their own way. Handing someone an established DC isn't going to help things move along either.

                            yup, lions hire the OC from the offensive Juggernaut baltimore ravens

                            he is better then anyone i thought they would get

                            his last year as HC of the colts he went 2-14, should be exactly the type of coach the lions look for

                                pretty much my thoughts. caldwell seems like that tony dungy, leslie frazier type of nice guy coach

                                exactly what the lions don't need
