You would think the easiest way to determine the illegal forward pass in real time would be if either foot was "on" or across the LOS. Last year he went on for 3 minutes about shields "pass interference" on Jeffries on the last play of the game. They were jostling all game long and that tool wants a PI call on the last play where both guys were fighting. He is so biased against the packers its silly.
