    That's a horrible PI call.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Fuck that is bad on second look.

CB pins WR on the sideline balls is way under thrown. Ettelman turns and flops to the ground and gets the call.

Luck is on the verge of being in the Rodgers/Brees/Brady/Manning class, if he isn't there already.

So how come there aren't players dropping like flies on these other playoff teams? I know the Pat's have had there own injury problems this year, but they have superior coaching to the Packers, so they overcome it. Interestingly the Pat's are the second youngest team in the NFL, behind the Packers, yet they seem to make it work, hmm what's the difference?

                    A Solid RB.

WE had a member here a young fella that just loved Marshawn and one of our members (name withheld) drug him throught the Halls of Packerrats.

That pleased the forum's owner at the time as it cut down on maintenance costs.
Lynch was pretty bad in his final days in Buffalo.

Amazing a what a change of scene does.

The difference is NE isn't afraid to get FA to fill needs. Plus, Belichick is in a league of his own when it comes to making adjustments (both in the off season and at halftime) and game planning for specific opponents.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

KC lost several players last week.

The Packers had injury problems in 2010 and overcame it to win the Superbowl. Sometimes it works out.

The Pats didn't have to play San Fran (yet) and their DBs hung onto the picks that were given them? Their pass rush is better? Their OL is better?

Belichick is a great coach, likely the best of this era, but the Packers and Pats aren't that far apart. By the looks of things, Green Bay seems like an AFC team -- great offense with a defense that needs to create takeaways to succeed.

                          This.

I don't remember him for much of anything before that huge run vs the Saints in the playoffs in 2010. IIRC, we at Packerrats had a close eye on him because he was 'almost' a Packer. Rodgers was even publicly stumping for him. But then, James Starks ran GB to glory and a Superbowl title.

If he played for Green Bay he'd probably have shredded his hammy by now. They have modern medicine in Seattle that prevents those sorts of things.

It wasn't a change of scene. Believe it or not, it was a change in his "pad level:"
Tom Brady was cool with it. So was coach Bill Belichick, once his running back took his advice midseason and lowered his pad level so his 250-pound frame wouldn't be so easy to haul down.

"Once I changed that, I started breaking tackles," explained LeGarrette Blount, New England's newly minted all-time franchise leader in single-game postseason rushing touchdowns (four).
Maybe Stubby is a genius after all.

Which needs would those be, and which players filled those needs in FA? DJ Williams, Austin Collie, or Matthew Mulligan?

Belichick would have used Datone Jones more often and more effectively.

I watched Chandler Jones and Cameron Jordan play so well yesterday and saw Datone Jones in a year or 2. As long as Green Bay's SC staff keeps their hands off of him, he'll be a terror.
