yep, it was a modified cast
it was like the club, it went halfway up his arm, but for some reason the whole thumb, or most of it was left exposed, along with all the other fingers
so really, at that point the cast was worthlessComment

I knew the club was gone, but I read they would use a rigid splint of sorts that immobilized the thumb while leaving the fingers exposed

Yeah, it looks like they were protecting the wrist more than the thumb. In a way I can understand that. I have an arthritic thumb, and when it hurts, I feel the pain down into the wrist. Still, I think that thumb was too exposed.Originally posted by red View Post
