Aw shit, thinking like Tank. I think I'l go so my head.

Was just discussing that. No standout for Seattle, truly a team effort. Harvin has had his impact on the game, but only what, 4 or 5 touches? Lynch hasn't blown the doors off. Just watched Kearse reel in another unlikely one catch, he's played well but I don't see him getting it. My guess would be that Wilson gets it by default, and it's looking like he'll rack up some stats in the 4th quarter to make it look good. Press/NFL/whoever give the award is pretty brainless that way, it's the winning QB's award unless he loses it.

If I was handing it out, it would go to the Seattle secondary as a unit. Manning was ineffective, and that's not because, well, I don't know, but there's one reason, and it's that Seattle's secondary did an incredible job today.

18/24 for 'Only' 206 Yards and 2 TD. Is getting it done.

Super Bowl MVP = Russell Wilson.
But I think Seattle's offense doesn't even need to show up for Seattle to win this game, epic comeback notwithstanding.

            dammit. again.

Yup, between ST and D points, they theoretically win with 3 and outs all game.

I wonder if this blowout causes Manning to come back next year? He doesn't look like he is having fun right now.

Fox just showed Harvin's numbers. The guy might win it.

I'd give the award to Seattle's entire defensive unit. 8 points allowed (at this point) against Peyton Fucking Manning? Wow.

I think Wilson will get it and not for your reasons listed but because they have to give it to someone. My vote, as much as it pains me, would be to the Seattle Defense as a whole. The DEFENSE gave Wilson the ball back numerous times, with excellent field position.

                    Peyton Manning says:

                    I'llll beeee baaack.

Records are there to break...he's playing until he busts all of them.

Brett Favre's records will fall to Peyton Manning.

and when they didn't, they gave it back to Denver...after scoring

                      • Giving it to Harvin or Wilson would be wrong. The D just shut out the #1 O. Has to be someone on D.

Peyton Manning is so good we didn't know he team was exceedingly mediocre.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

                        • Denver's tackles are terrible pass blockers on speed rushes. The RT can be bulled as well. Awful. This line looks a lot like this year's Packers O line at times.

Right now at 18 for 25 and 206 yards and 2 TD's and zero Picks = 126 QB Rating.

I thought the line was better than that.
