There is a case with two women in Miami that also involved Jamie Sharper that has been re-opened due to discoveries of the other cases. The case was not pressed because it was unclear from physical evidence that an assault took place though the women said when they woke up, one of the brothers was undressed and behaving inappropriately.

Now that they suspect Sharper was drugging women elsewhere (both women in this report had fallen asleep), they might have a crime with some evidence if they still have the medical samples.

Maybe he forgot his cup one game and one of his nuts exploded. That would be embarrassing for someone to see. I give his lawyer permission to use that at his hearing.

After the recent "afluenza" defense I wouldn't be shocked if he tries it.
