    " Four months after his family celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Ford family buying the Lions franchise, owner William Clay Ford Sr. has died. . . . .       Actually, waxing nostalgic, the Lions used to be good, or at least respectable, year after year.

      It seems like they have been declining along with the city.
