I second that. An embarassing game. It doesn't matter if its preseason. This is the third tune-up for regular season and we look horrible.

My thoughts from the first half:

We are getting our asses handed to us by what is clearly a better team. My Kool-Aid hangover is now officially gone. Offensively, the receiving core looks sloppy. There are WAY too many drops happening for a professional team. The O-line is doing a decent-to-good job in pass protection, I want to see how they improve with more experience. Green looks OK, I was expecting a little more.

Defensively, this is making me sick. There are two and exactly two things that are impressing me right now. The first is the Run D. I haven't seen many gashing runs, and several TFL's. Second is the pass rush. I know some people in this thread have been critical of the rush, but they HAVE been getting to the QB, a lot faster than in recent memory. The real problem is in coverage. Zone, Man, it doesn't seem to make a difference. Woodson has been utterly horrible this whole game.

It's to be expected that the offense will be up and down this season, especially early. The fact that the defense has had 2 bad outings out of three is the most disappointing thing about the pre-season.
