Not sure how far out but I'd stay at the Holiday Inn on 1500 Washington....
you are 1/2 bliock from 35w....and you are 50 feet from the best beer in the twin cities...Town hall Brewery which is right next to that hotel....it's also only a 6 block walk to the dome....
