Positive: Full-time starter the past three seasons after seeing significant action with the first team as a freshman. Senior totals included 24 tackles, 2 INTs, and 10 PBUs. Highly decorated throughout his college career. Outstanding shutdown corner rarely challenged by opponents. Fluid backpedaling, runs downfield with opponents, and properly positions himself to defend the throw. Displays a sense of timing, instinctive, and rarely makes mental mistakes. Aggressive defending the run, sells out on the blitz, and wraps up when tackling. Constantly around the action making positive plays.

Negative: Inconsistent with his backpedal. At times struggles making plays with his back to the ball. Lacks the elite speed for a top cornerback.

Analysis: Fuller was a dynamite player at Virginia Tech and possesses the skills necessary to start at the next level. Best suited in zone coverage or backed off the line of scrimmage, he's also a productive special teams player and should contribute as a rookie.

I like this pick for the Bears - hopefully he will line up 15 yards off the LOS.

I don't want a "traditional ILB", ala a guy like Hawk... I think Mosley is better than Hawk, but I discount the position - unless you're going to put a guy in there that can be an everydown player - I don't think Mosley is an every down player.

I think for the most part the scouts disagree with you and feel that Mosley can play every down
