          And Marcus Roberson.

I know you can't sign them all, but there was some pretty high-profile names who remained unsigned following the draft. Who are the UDFA's that you wish the Packers had signed?

              James Franklin, MO

Nikita Whitlock: http://www.bloggersodear.com/2014/5/...ikita-whitlock Check out how many reps at 225 this guy did. Find a spot for him, even if on special teams, or as Kuhn's competition. I saw this guy play two years in a row for Wake Forest vs. Vandy (home and home) and this guy was always around the ball, making a play, even though he's about the size of Chris Borland. He's the ultimate effort, hair on fire guy who is not going to back down. If I could influence the team to go get someone, it would be this guy. You would noticed him on the field.

              TE
              Reggie Jordan, Missiouri Western

Looks like he got signed by the Bengals after the draft: http://www.cincyjungle.com/nfldraft/...ikita-whitlock

Good luck to him. It was weird seeing a 5-11 250 undersized DT regularly shedding blocks and getting to the ball carrier. I think that's a testament to his ability to bench 225 an amazing 43 times. I would have totally looked at this guy as a special teams demon and backup linebacker. Ah well.

Most people think Cincy is the worst FO in the league, but...

They've got somebody in their lean scouting organization that is a wizard at UDFA's. The prime example of this is LB Vontaze Burfict. Burfict dropped from a projected #1 pick to a UDFA primarily bc he is an asshole. Well sometimes you need an asshole, especially on D. Packer People is fine and dandy, but some teams need a few jerks on them to make the club nastier. Maybe we need to hire a guy who can scout nasty players, too.

I have never read the details, but one of the ways Mike Brown convinced Marvin Lewis to stay was with some upgrades in the scouting department. I think they actually have a couple of full timers and dedicated phone line now.

I've got to think there are some failed medicals among this group. Some of these guys were projected to go Day2 or early Day3. Same thing happened with Jesse Williams last year (projected late R1, picked R5 by SEA) and he went straight to IR with bad knees IIRC.

I love the RB's Neal (TN) and Perkins (Miss St.). I think they both have a chance to push DuJuan Harris for a roster spot, depending on how many RB's they decide to keep.
