Pretty bad choice. I've been to games in Minnesota and there is not a whole lot to do. Plus the weather sucks. I'd rather go to New Orleans if I was going to the Super Bowl.

The Vikes have to play the next 2 seasons in the Gophers stadium that only holds about 52k (even after the Vikes pay for more seating) which is about 13k lower than the new stadium. The Vikes oweners want this thing done in a hurry and start reaping the $ benefits. It would take a huge issue or event to not have this thing ready in 2016.
