            I don't mind it too much, still very early and I see him playing S in our base defense. In nickel and dime is where you will see HaHa on the field with Hyde moving back to CB.

              Thats something the Seahawks have incorporated into its regular strength-training, hopefully the Packers will think about doing it in the future if these problems continue. At least the most important guy on our defense has started doing it.

                        Yep. He should use the inevitable camp injury to hone skills for a second career. Like juggling or mortgage refinancing.
