    the running backs on this team all look pretty decent... Is RB a position we'd only carry 1 on the practice squad or multiple?

      Not a great pass but should have been caught by Harper.

      EDIT: It was almost like Tolzien expected to throw a contested jump ball on a shorter route. But Harper shed the DB early and had a free run to the sideline.
