Noticed that. On this last series his kick step was much better and he got more depth.

Yeah. I thought he was setting up short (maybe technique adjustment for Fisher wide 9 DE?) but he is actually closer to football than it looks like he should be.

I would think he wants to flare out a little bit with that kick step. But you are correct, he feet on last series looked good.

I'm a little late to the party. Dvred the game and just caught up.

My observations - 1st team Offense looks really good. Aaron is precise, O-line holding up good, running game looks good too.

1st team Defense - Ok against the run, but NO PASS RUSH! I haven't seen a blitz yet, but there is no inside rush whatsoever - I'm hoping that's either by design or something else. Starting to get worried.

Special teams - Fire Slocum

Tolzien - on that 3rd and 1 right before the half - just step up in the pocket and you have the 1st down. I was also not happy with that play call - get the 1st, spike it and move on.
