The Vikings could be tough this year. They actually have a QB that is good enough to take advantage of a defense preoccupied with stopping Peterson. Their return game will be good. If the defense is solid, they will win a lot of games.

Romo should toss it into double/triple coverage more often. Good lord.

It was just the Rams but yea, I have a feeling they will be competitive in all games this year.....last year despite winning a few their defense was a doormat. Offense wasn't exactly clicking today but some individual plays crushed them.

KC with two players tearing Achilles tendons in the game, Johnson and Devito:

Just NFL-average QB play will make a big difference for them this year on that side..

Yea, that theory has been floated locally and I think you might be right.

I might have under estimated the Niners this year - or Dallas is really pathetic.

Murray has 83 rushing yards in 15 attempts. They don't give it to him once in the red zone.

Romo is actually 10/14. But then he just drops it into double/triple coverage because...why not?

                      Atlanta gives up 472 yards.
New England gives up 191 yards on the ground.

The Packers defense has a lot of work to do, however there are several know-it-alls on this forum that also have a lot of work to do.
The point you are trying to make, just proves our point that without a good defense even teams with a great QB/offense will fail. Plus I am sure those other teams will make the needed adjustments to improve on defense. The Packers have showed that they have no intention of improving their defense.

Yeah, 49ers D looks like the beneficiaries of Romo's decision to bet on the 49ers on the road.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Rooting for both teams to destroy each other.

22 serious injuries per side, even though it's bad karma to root for something like that.

If we are going to wish let's go big. 23 injuries for the Niners as Harbaugh finally strokes out on the sideline.
