First Rule In Marketing: Don't Hurt the Brand

Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Jesus H, that really happened! I'd guess a bot of some kind auto-generated the tweet.

Yep. And I bet the filtering software wasn't looking for that word in the middle of other characters that weren't spaces. That extra 'S' paid off.

You would think the software could pick up any string of characters that spells out "nigger" or any variation. How many other words you could one possibly be attempting to spell after "nigg-"

You would think. Though its possible there is no filtering software, just young Caleb the intern who got a little bleary-eyed after 900,000.

Barely related, Florida State fans find a fun way to protest a NYTimes story on one of their players extra-curricular activities.

I wonder if Aaron Hernandez sent a tweet.
I can't run no more with that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up a thundercloud

Why even automate this? Unless it sent one to every twitter follower, I guess. If it was just the 1,000,000th follower, it seems like they could have just done it by hand. It would have taken me 2 minutes to do that in Gimp.
