              I think body building is OK as long as it is healthy. No steroids. It's better than getting fat. A drug that doesn't make you more stupidlier.

                    For sure it's better than getting fat. I just think the obsession over ones body is odd.

                    I prefer a focus on functionality over form, esp as form follows function. Just look at the old-time strongmen, Eugene Sandow, George Hackenschmidy, et.al. Those guys didnt obsess over their muscle bellies, they were STRONG.

                    Nothing JW can do about those calves, those are what makes him fast.

                      Being very strong is useless unless you are a pro football player or blacksmith. Having a certain amount of strength and muscle tone is wonderful.

                      Now, looking strong, that's where the payoff lies. Am I right, ladies?
