        Even if the whistle had blown, the defense continued to play which is why TJ did. If the D did not get flagged for playing through the whistle, TJ shouldn't have either.

          not sure you can qualify it as a block...the tackling was initiated BEFORE the whistle, Lang's hit was not.

                                Basically...I think it's been a point of emphasis. Trying to keep the OL from picking people off that may not be looking.....not saying I agree, just saying what it is.
