    Moving on up.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Not on the bandwagon. If ST are still good at mid-season, maybe. I'm just glad Masthay is starting to get back in his groove, and Crosby has been consistently good.

Rip, Elliott, Ryan, Janis, Rollins, Randall, Goodson, Crosby, Masthay, etc....

When they do their job and make plays, the coach is brilliant. When they don't he's an idiot.

This year, until more injuries force different guys into different ST roles, he's brilliant.

Withholding judgement is warranted, but they look like an entirely different scheme on coverage. With the exception of that one punt, there were at least three Packers near the ball, making the returner choose from the least worst of clogged running lanes.

Vince, some day you and I are going to have to have a rousing discussion on the relative effects of player performance vs coaching strategy.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

Anything you two oldsters do that is "rousing" is probably cause for celebration.

Though I loved the first kickoff return.

Looks like Ron Zook will be 3-0 as Special Teams Coordinator.

Its because red got a head start on this thread. We had a whole offseason to prepare to be brutal.

New from JS: Packers finish 17th in Gosselin's special teams rankings http://ift.tt/1ZI6ox7 #Packers

CAN I SAY HE DOUBLED THEIR EFFECTIVENESS? HALVED THEIR INEFFECTIVENESS?

that lower ranking has to have a lot to do with the shitty punting

i thought the special teams were much improved, except for punter

It could. Gosselin doesn't exactly test out new math theorems in his rankings. It is literally a ranking of various ranks. So gross punt will look terrible. Net punt is better BUT its almost all coverage related. Mastery's numbers are terrible for gross punt and less than mediocre for net punt across the League.
