Revis's reps have told teams they have $48M for 3yrs on the table now, with $40M guaranteed. My sense if that is from the Jets...

No way is that contract real. I also doubt Pittsburgh can realistically swallow that contract, given their cap issues lately...

I don't know, it could be close to real. If the guy is worth $16 M/yr (he got that from NE, didn't he?) on a contract so short (3 years) there is no reason you couldn't guarantee $40M of it.

The Bills are expressing interest in signing free agent CB Darrelle Revis.
Rex Ryan loves Revis and will obviously try to get him back. However, the Jets and Patriots are still considered the heavy favorites to land free agency's No. 1 player. The Bills, Steelers, Raiders, Chiefs and others are just in the background.

Everybody wants a ring but the dudes with brains are investing this short lived cash.
