A couple worth guys in the 5th-6th rounds. I like Tyler Varga a lot. I think he's good to go on blitz pickups, which makes his speed and receiving just gravy. Then there's Jalston Fowler, a more in-line thunderhead blocker.

Are Kuhn and AR good friends or something?Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

Yes. Aaron is very friendly with RB's who are good in pass pro.Originally posted by Tony Oday View PostAre Kuhn and AR good friends or something?I can't run no more

Veteran leadership, taken to the extreme:

Have to factor in Kuhn's leadership. He's the leader of the team, moreso than Rodgers
Kuhn has been a pro longer. He signed on April 29, 2005 well before Rodgers got his contract done. He is also older, therefore wiser, in fan and pundit terms.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Kuhn's super-cheap. Packers get vet cap credit of $600,000 for signing him so he only costs $129,000 against the cap. Not sure if there's a cap on the credits but perhaps Bush would come with a credit too?
Edit: I can't verify this which was posted elsewhere claiming Silversteing tweeted it. I can't find the original tweet so he may have deleted it if its inaccurate.Last edited by vince; 04-15-2015, 07:02 AM.

This sounds a lot like that coffee promotion from 7/11 years ago: "If it's not fresh, you get it free!"Originally posted by vince View PostKuhn's super-cheap. According to Spotrac, Kuhn's contract is for the vet minimum with his years of service (9 yrs. - $870,000) and the Packers do get a "minimum veteran salary benefit" which was written into the new CBA to disincentivise teams to sign younger, cheaper players.
The rule allows them to credit their cap hit down to the minimum 2nd year salary, which is $610,000.
Silverstein's original does sound a lot better.
