    #Packers DT Letroy Guion has been informed, @NFL is suspended him 3 games for his Feb. 3 arrest. He’s appealing. (@RobDemovsky had it 1st)
    Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

    Figured it would be at least that.

    DL will be shorthanded in the opener against the Bears with Guion and Jones both suspended for that one.

      I hope he can appeal it down to 1 or 2. How many games will Jones miss, 1?

            I was wondering if Packers would keep 3 NT-Types. This is great news for Pennel. He probably has it made, at least until Guion is back.

              No worries - everyone knows you only need to 2 defensive linemen on the team anyway

                Raji was likely to be the starter at NT anyway, this helps the chances for Ringo and Thornton to make the roster...at least for a couple of weeks. Their starting DL will likely be Boyd, Raji, and Daniels, but it's thin after that. What's the likelihood Guion gets the suspension reduced?

                  Another position is gonna be thin to start because they gotta keep at least one, maybe two extra D-lineman for potentially the first three games. Could lose someone we don't want to because there's no room.

                    The suspended players don't count against the roster, so we won't lose anybody, at least not until the players come off suspension and cuts have to be made.

                        Suspension is upheld. 3 full games. This one is not going to go to Federal Court. Rog is not the arbitrator here.

                          Incidentally, Guion release says he was punished under the NFL's policy for substance abuse, makes no mention of personal conduct policy.
