Pete Carroll tries an onside kick to start overtime.......not smart with that defense.

Jeff Tripplette just got a call right in the worst possible way.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Why are they allowed to tackle a fair catcher?
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

Man, Foles dropped that in there.

If I'm Kam, I'm smiling but not laughing. With the fines he owes he's taking a financial bath.

Marriota vs Winston should be fun to watch.

Bills are going to be tough. Especially if QB can be adequate.

Well, the NFL finally figured out how to stop Peyton. Hire Gary Kubiak as his coach.

Nerve issues robbing Peyton of his remaining arm strength... sad to see him like this. Wish he could have beaten the Hawks and gone out on top...

No but it is not looking good.

So the Seahawks allowed the Rams to tie the game late. They were kicking off for OT and launched what looked like a surprise onside kick that the Rams, amazingly because they were caught off guard, caught cleanly on the fly. But that is not what the sideline called for:

Pete Carroll: Seahawks didn’t intend for OT kick to be onside

According to Danny O’Neil of 710 ESPN, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said the ball was mis-hit, and wasn’t supposed to be that short.

Carroll said the goal was to kick it to around the 15-yard line, to make the up back field it and keep it out of the hands of Rams returner Tavon Austin.

“I’m not going to go into detail about exactly what was planned,” Hauschka said. “But I didn’t execute the kick the way I wanted to.”
