That WAS a safety. I will have to look again on TiVo but I thought his foot was in the endzone when he first got tackled. I am not sure where the ball was upon first contact but it might have been worth a challenge. Oh, never mind, we are out of challenges Right?

The Titans DID have their 1st stringers in for a long time while they rotated through their QBs. The Packers went to back ups and bubble guys a minute into the game!
