Entirely possible. But the rule also includes head, neck and shoulder area.Originally posted by Harlan Huckleby View PostI think it just happened too quick for refs to properly judge. Refs should be a be able to use replay to re-evaluate any close call, imo.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I agree H.H.. I hate how it slows things down but if you're going to use it, then use it for all critical/close calls.Originally posted by Harlan Huckleby View PostI think it just happened too quick for refs to properly judge. Or I could be wrong again. http://nflcommunications.com/2011/12...seless-player/Originally posted by pbmax View PostEntirely possible. But the rule also includes head, neck and shoulder area.
(b) Prohibited contact against a player who is in a defenseless posture is:
(1) Forcibly hitting the defenseless player’s head or neck area with the helmet, facemask, forearm, or shoulder, regardless of whether the defensive player also uses his arms to tackle the defenseless player by encircling or grasping him; and
(2) Lowering the head and making forcible contact with the top/crown or forehead/”hairline” parts of the helmet against any part of the defenseless player’s body.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.
