  • Official Packers vs. Chiefs Game Day Thread

Packers have never beaten the Chiefs at Lambeau. That changes tonight.

Packers will have a tough time with Charles and Kelce. But Rodgers is just too good at home.

    Packers 27
    Chiefs 20.

I'm more worried about Houston and Hali than anything else tonight. Barclay is limited and I'm not sure Bakh is healthy. I think Rodgers is going to have quite a lot of pressure to worry about

AR throws an early pick six and the Pack gets rolled at home and Wist calls out Dom again.

I so wish the media would shut up about x games, not INTs already. I don't believe in jinxes, but holy f* we've heard that too much. Come up with another storyline already!

One more time in case you all missed it (ya right)
In his last 14 home games, Rodgers has completed 70 percent of his passes, averaged 9.4 yards per attempt, and thrown 38 touchdown passes and zero interceptions, giving him a home passer rating of 129.4 dating back to December of 2012.

Heading up to Green Bay in a couple of hours. Looking forward to a great Monday Night crowd and a Packer W.

Packers win a close one going away at the end 27-14.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

With Burnett out, that leaves the special teams as the healthy group.

                      1. No interception by Rodgers at home.
                      2. Packer Defense with sack in 38 straight games.
                      3. KC streak of no touchdown passes to WRs.

Now which is which, I don't know.

                      EDITED:

                      4. Packers have never beaten the Chiefs at Lambeau.
                      5. Packers have yet to drop a pass this season.

Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I'm almost more nervous about this game than the one last week. My fear is we will come out flat after that big win last Sunday.

Nope, Wist will show up in the 3rd quarter saying how the Packers are done and the other team is going to beat us and DOM screwed the pooch again. Then he will disappear when the Packers score twice in a row ice the game.

this is another chance for a-rod to prove to smith and the rest of the NFL that he should have been the #1 pick

i expect a huge game from him...........

as long as he survives the game without barclay and bahk getting him destroyed

I think losing Burnett is extra bad against a speed back like Chucky. Hopefully the secondary has gotten its sea legs since the Chicago game, they have that experience and may have figured out best personnel to compensate. (Me, I would play Randall at S, his college position, and let Rollins fill-in for Randall's coverage roles. But my strategizing is rooted mostly in backyard football.)

Bak and Barclay flat-out sucked last week, I know I was kinder before. What we saw was two tackles who may not have been 100%, and Rogers making lemonade out of lemons. Perhaps the B&B boys will be better, or Rodger's craftiness will be sufficient to put up > 24 points.
