Hyde receiving punts = peace of mind. One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

They maintained their lanes and at times (almost every down) blitzed DB's. All extra DB's did was add speed and unpredictable better coverage.Originally posted by pbmax View PostHow did they stop CK from running wide? One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. Running a draw on tnird-and-11 shows you the 49ers coaches have no confidence in Colin Kaepernick. None.
After their drive before the half, why is this the case?Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I don't think so, it's just Rodgers is holding the ball too long.Originally posted by Packgator View PostPackers passing to much? One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. That's interesting - Rodgers distracting the opposing coach to the point that he calls a timeout before Rodgers can get the ball snapped for a free play. I'll take that every time.--
Imagine for a moment a world without hypothetical situations...
