  • Call me crazy but I am smelling Super Bowl after a playoff road trip again!
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Good point. I'm not sure it is worth putting Hyde back there anyway. But certainly when you need a big play, get some speed.

My thought too. If it was easy to get a 79 yard TD with the other team playing 9 men 20 or more yards off the line every team in the league wouldn't be running multiple laterals to do it.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Darn near none of them do--but Arkansas sure pulled one off yesterday. Of course, they didn't need 70 yards. http://ftw.usatoday.com/2015/11/arka...ole-miss-in-ot
Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about. They didn't do it for individual glory. They did it because they loved one another.

Yep. Losing 2 in a row is the key. Happened in 2010 and 1996.

              • So, does anyone think Stubby will make some major changes for next weekend?
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

                • They've probably just played the two hardest games on their schedule, with the possible exception of playing at Arizona after Christmas (though I grant the Raiders are a heck of a lot better than I thought they would be this year). And Arizona usually has at least a third Packers fans there when Green Bay plays in the desert, so it's not the harshest road environment possible. What's huge now is the Vikings game in Minneapolis in two weeks. Today was aggravating, but I'm not ready to panic.

starks needs to be the starter for the rest of the year. and maybe lacy needs to be demoted to third string

time for rip to be the starting FB

other then that, we aren't gonna change anything, cause in the end, many people will say and think "we almost won", nothing to worry about

With the way this team is playing, on both sides of the ball, no chance.

Saw a stat that is the most yards the Packers have given up defense during a three game stretch in team history.
That's saying a lot, given how god awful that 2011 defense was.

I think this team will struggle to win 10 games. Just way too many holes.
In previous years, Rodgers play would mask the poor performance in other areas. Not this year. No more ....

                      • Panic? No. But I'm wondering a bit. I mean, if Devin Fungess can shred the Packer D backfield, imagine what Megatron and company might do?

Why did we almost win? Was Carolina playing a different defense in the 4th quarter? I hope one of the experts here watches game film and knows. I just think it's really obvious the starting receivers we had today leave a lot to be desired. Maybe things will change if Monty comes back, but c'mon, man!

We'll find out next week. It's still Matthew Stafford throwing to him.

                              • Last 3 weeks Packers defense has given up 548, 500 and 427 yards. Any good normal Packer fan can see this is a positive trend.
