      The guy hit him in the face mask then spun him down by his jersey. It's a personal foul regardless. I've seen a million less egregious plays against a qb flagged. Should have been pi before that anyway.

                        its a good thing dickrod is so slow, if he had any kind of speed he wouldn't have been the last guy down the field and would have had a lion in front of him to maybe make a play on the ball
