Seems like refs have been really lax on calling helmet to helmet hits this year.

Nothing like paying for a service and having to watch advertising. I know it is because the service basically gives you access to all of the broadcast feeds but I've been spoiled by a la carte television.Originally posted by deake View PostI have the Sunday Ticket and am impressed with being able to see 8 different commericals at one time. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro ~Hunter S.

Wow. What happened? Turnovers?Originally posted by Rastak View PostGinats-Panthers is turning into a barn burner. One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

Jason Pierre Paul's club should really be outlawed. Cost is higher because of exclusivity. You'd get more options if it was more widely distributed.Originally posted by mraynrand View PostI agree, up to a point. These package deals force you buy all kinds of things you don't want for very high prices. But that's how supply/demand works. When the demand is very high, the guys selling it can name their prices.
NFL Sunday ticket with all the bells and whistles is the cost of two good face value tickets or one decent ticket to a high demand game.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

yeah, that's the game they're playing. Keep it exclusive and jack up prices demand carry alongs, or split it up and have wider distribution at lower costs. Eventually, it's gonna get broken up. Look what's happening to ESPN as cable gets replaced with streaming. Moving towards al la carte.Originally posted by pbmax View PostCost is higher because of exclusivity.
