I think this has been expressed before
Let's not misunderstand. The best players for every team had better be draft choices. The draft must be the lifeblood of every organization.
Thompson has drafted well over time, but not well enough to bury his head in the sand when it comes to making moves during the season as well as the off-season.
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

Having watched a lot of Broncos games, I would be surprised if this were true. Davis has not been worth the compensation they gave for him and has dropped multiple balls in crucial situations. He got benched for some time after one of those.[Davis has shown field-stretching speed, which would have been invaluable in Green Bay. His play seems to lack some of its old exuberance, but the Broncos have no complaints.
Owen Daniels was a much better TE acquisition. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro ~Hunter S.

I'm glad McGinn finally wrote an article about how other teams do it way better than the Packers.
They've been playing poorly since he wrote that article a month or about how they looked like a real contender.
Maybe now the fog will lift. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro ~Hunter S.

I hope it has the same effect as well but I don't disagree with some of his points. Perhaps he reads PackerratsTERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

Is he that outstanding ? He seems to avoid questioning from the crowd when some of his picks have been utter failures lately and has left holesTERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. A good GM will make the right moves to win the Superbowl every year. TT is not a good GM.Originally posted by red View Postyeah, we need more articles talking about how he's such and amazing drafter"Never, never ever support a punk like mraynrand. Only TT misses on draft picks. I know this because I never compare him to other GMs.Originally posted by Bretsky View PostIs he that outstanding ? What a silly title for this thread. TT has been under constant criticism since he took over as GM.Originally posted by Bretsky View PostBut Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

I guess it depends on your definition of great. For me, the bottom line is it. TT is clearly in the top 5 in the NFL.
Frankly, I'm tired of guys like Bob Mcclickbait - or anyone else - who deal in 20/20 hindsight, cherry pick moves, only comparing the Packers with teams and moves that have worked out. It's rather shallow and dull analysis.
Yeah, TT should have traded Boyd and Richardson to Atlanta for Julio Jones when Nelson got hurt. Then they wouldn't be sitting on GB's IR and we'd have a #1 receiver instead of the shit we have. See, I can do it too."Never, never ever support a punk like mraynrand. Rather be as I am and feel real sympathy for his sickness." - Woodbuck

yeah, no kidding. The guy can't take a dump without having someone questioning his moves.Originally posted by ThunderDan View PostWhat a silly title for this thread. First it was the O line after they had to let the 2 guards go. Then it was not bringing in enough talent for the BF end years. Part of which was drafting Rodgers. Then it was not getting Moss who would have changed nothing in the 2007 season as BF had a career year. It just goes on and on. Then we got to 579. Now it is something else. It will never end.Originally posted by mraynrand View Postyeah, no kidding. Since 2005, including that 4-12 season with a coach not of his own choosing.

Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.
