        Thompson just confirmed 51 players on roster now.

          Thompson just said they are at 51. He said something stupid about some teams only carrying 50 players during the season, and he's comfortable with 53. I don't understand that one. I can't imagine they won't go with 53. He's probably just not going to get into who they'll be picking up.

            I'm a little surprised they got rid of Davenport. I know he's had problems with injuries, but the guy definately has talent. He proved it in regular season games. Herron just looks so mediocre to me.

                  Cochrane got cut. I was missing Blackmon. Apparently, he was brought off the PUP list--which means he's close to returning.

                          It's pretty obvious they are going to pick up a WR, S, and OL. Humphrey, Leach, and Jolly better not get comfortable. One of them likely gets cut tomorrow.

                                With Henderson ahead of schedule in his recovery, I'd say Leach is gone.
