When I heard the news of him coming in, I figured GB will be used as we always are to drive his price up....but I'm not sure who else is interested in Cook. He'll probably sign with Cleveland tomorrow.

Likely. I think GB gave him a number (which has to be under $3M because the Pack doesn't have that much to spend).
