I picked the 5 year option because I think 1yr is too soon for them to get all their ducks in a row, they'll want a league-wide national corp to give them a couple hundred million, and negotiations with an airline or telecom company will take a while. But I think 2-3 is more likely than 5.

It will take a year or two before there is ever a suggestion about it in the NFL. At best it will be a couple years after that to complete a preliminary study on it. Probably another year for a proposal to the ownership. The first proposal or discussion by the ownership will reject it to investigate suggestions from a few owners.
