Carter and Davis will be on the practice squad if they clear waivers. Standard move for young undrafted or low round guys. My bet is they will clear, and then you will see them brought up during the season. They also probably already told both of these players that they will bring them up during the year.Comment

As for his punt returns....not that great but he had a long one called back I believe...plus he had a couple TD's. He played quite well, they should have cut McMullen.
