Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

12 wins seems right to me with the soft schedule and hopefully a little more health than last season.

I wanted to say 12-4 b/c it's such a powder puff schedule, but they'll blow one somewhere along the line, so I said 11-5.

The only team on the sched that I see as being considerably better is Seattle. That said, I think there's a decent chance we come out of the gate 0-2. Minnesota having to get their legs under them with a new QB gives us an edge @Minnesota though.

Another year falling short of the SB though for the NFL's perennial player development team.

                I agree with Wist
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

Before the loss of Josh Sitton I might have said 15-1 or 14-2 , but now the O-line is in question at LG .

                    I will therefore say a conservative 11-5 .

                    Tightwad Ted strikes again !

the league will make sure the Vikings win that game one, in the new stadium. You want fans buying on the way out.

10-6. New punter, which means new holder for Crosby, new left guard which could mean lots of bad things, ILB still not solidified and not sure if the offense has straightened out last years ineptitude. On the positive side: Jordy's back, new TE looks like a plus and Lacey ran good in pre-season.

I'm not saying the naysayers are wrong, but just curious, if you proven to be wrong in your assessment by the results of the season, will you bump this thread replying to your own comment with a mea culpa?

A left guard alone accounts for 3-4 wins?

7-9. Never would have predicted Sitton getting cut. Not that he's the reason for 7-9.
