There is no excuse for this offense playing like this. Period. Veterans on the staff and on the field. Pathetic

Not defending throw. But he was open.Originally posted by Harlan Huckleby View PostBArely any separation, a diving finger tip grab - that was not a blown coverage. You can't defend a perfect pass and a receiver layed-out.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

No push and generally shaky play by our O Line, Mediocrity from Jordy Nelson and Adams, Nothing from Cook, A piece-of-crap punter, poor coverage at times by our DBs.
On the good side, fairly decent play by the front seven. What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

I don't see it that way, there almost always is half a step separation. If the QB throws open the receiver with a perfectly arced pass, and the receivers dives for the ball, that is not a defensible play.Originally posted by pbmax View PostNot defending throw. But he was open.
We will have to agree to agree that I am right and you are wrong. Fair enough?

That and red's post saying Stubby didn't play Arod in the preseason.Originally posted by Rutnstrut View PostPost of the year so far.One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

It can't be bad play by the O-line. Getting rid of Sitton and giving Bacteria millions was supposed to fix that.Originally posted by texaspackerbacker View PostNo push and generally shaky play by our O Line, Mediocrity from Jordy Nelson and Adams, Nothing from Cook, A piece-of-crap punter, poor coverage at times by our DBs.

I agree a great throw can beat coverage. But no one was behind him. If he doesn't fall down, it's a TD.Originally posted by Harlan Huckleby View PostI don't see it that way, there almost always is half a step separation. Lower scoring than I expected... actually closer than I expected.Originally posted by pbmax View PostHOT TAKE!!
Everyone but Campen needs to be fired after this half.
Minnesota dominating?? I expected... we're just not nearly as good as they are across the board. They are much more physical; we are very average pretty much everywhere on offense except QB.
It is what it is... we're not going anywhere again this season.wist

I'm drinking the second half. Maybe the game will look better to me.One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics.
