I'll tell ya'all what, the Vikings are good and were better tonight, but the Packers are built for a full season and this Viking team, I don't think they're good enough without Peterson.
yes, because peterson has been a beast this year

wich one of his 19 yards on 12 carries won the game for them?

was it his long one of 5?

Fucking Rodgers was seeing stars. Homeboys eyes looks out of sync to me.

Not the best fortune to get right before the Packers Vikings game, so that was a bad sign. But maybe it means we'll go on to win the SB this year. Will have to play a hell of a lot better than that though...

              • Rodgers is main culprit. But Adams is not a reliable receiver.

or if he didn't spend all his time dropping passes or watching defenders go get the balls thrown towards him

                  • we talked about how terrible their line was

they gave up 4 sacks, ours gave up five

they had 30 yards rushing, we had a monster 83, and 30 of those came on broken a-rod scrambles

The throw right before the INT was to Jordy and it was almost picked too. Is he also unreliable?

It's official, Rodgers has reached Favre status. Yup, blame his receivers for his fuck ups.

That might be just the competition.

                        • The problem for me wasn't in going for it, in hindsight the three points would have tied it. The problem was the play selection with a pass on third and short and then instead of running a human bowling ball to try to pick up a yard or less they use Starks. That was my issue. Plus I don't think you can criticize him for going for it if you were one of the ones who roasted him for kicking those FG's against Seattle.

For me this loss is pinned directly on McCarthy and Aaron. Aaron was off all night, Vikings D played very well, and his turnovers were dumb rookie mistakes. Mike made some very questionable decisions. Kudos to Sam and the Vikings. Why are we always the coming out party for Vikings WR's??? If Adrian is out for a length of time, which it appears he is, that team is in trouble though.

                          • I don't understand the decision not to kick the FG. Maybe MM has been reading this board and got upset that we think he's a conservative coach.

                            • I think jordy looked like jordy in short area. He looked strong and physical. I don't think is speed looked right. But an improvement from week one to week 2, for sure. The next couple games will be very telling on what we're going to get with him.

We've lost at Minnesota before and went on to win the Super Bowl. McCarthy should have kicked the FG. Dumb decision. Other than that, I picked the Vikings in this game. This was likely going to be as tough of a game that we'll play this year, going into the hornet's nest.
